SuperThermoLay has an excellent resistance to weather and ageing. The core of 160 gsm spun bonded non-woven polyester mat offers an excellent tensile strength, elongation and a superior lap joint strength. The polymer modification of bitumen with Atactic Polypropylene (APP) results in an excellent resistance to hot and cold temperatures.
Description: ShaliTPO HG FB is a single ply thermoplastic polyolefin, non-reinforced homogeneous roofing membrane with an excellent impermeability to water and moisture, the joints are hot welded to form a continuous water tight seam. ShaliTPO HG FB has also high UV resistance and high solar reflection keeping the roof cool.
Description: Dr. Fixit Flexi PU 270(I) is liquid-applied, highly permanent elastic, cold applied and cold curing, one component polyurethane membrane used for long-lasting waterproofing. Solvent based with low VOCs properties. The Dr. Fixit Flexi PU 270(I) is based on pure elastomeric hydrophobic polyurethane resins, which result in excellent mechanical, chemical, thermal and natural element resistance properties. Dr.Fixit Flexi PU 270(I) reacts with ground and air moisture to cure.

DESCRIPTION: SikaShield® P24 MG IN 3 mm is an APP modified bituminous waterproofing membrane with a thickness of 3 mm. It is reinforced with a non-woven polyester fabric and is flexible at -2 °C. The top surface is coated with mineral granules, which allows the permanent exposure to UV radiation. The underside of the product has a burn-off film for easy torch-application.
USES: The product is used as a waterproofing membrane for: ▪ Balconies and terraces ▪ Flat or sloping roofs with up to 15 % gradient ▪ Bridge decks under asphalt wearing layer Horizontal reinforced concrete slabs, decks, podiums and protrusions ▪ The product is used as a: Exposed single-layer or as a top sheet in a multi-layer roofing system.
